DO I NEED TO VACUUM CARPET BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
You don’t need to vacuum your carpet before I will arrive, because I’m using powerful hoover with brush to extract dry soil and pet hair. Dry hoovering is my first carpet cleaning step.
DO I NEED TO MOVE THE FURNITURE?
We can move certain pieces of furniture that are light, however larger and heavier pieces we will be unable to move, such as bookcases, wardrobes, or any items that would be considered valuable. However, we can go around or underneath them.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED?
Cleaning frequency depends on a number of things such as the number of occupants in the household, pets, smokers and children. On average you should clean your carpets every six months.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE STAIN REMOVAL?
Some stains can be permanent and therefore We can’t make any promises that we can remove them. We usually get better results if we attempt to remove the stain before anyone else tries.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CARPETS TO DRY?
This all depends on the fibre the carpet is made from. Wool carpets will take longer to dry than others, however if you allow for good air circulation, this will permit them to dry much quicker. You will be able to walk on the carpet post cleaning, but it will remain damp for up to several hours.
CAN STEAM CLEANING DAMAGE MY CARPET?
No. Hot water extraction is considered to be the best method for removing embedded soil and other contaminants. It is also the preferred cleaning method by the leading carpet manufacturers.
CAN PET ODOURS AND URINE BE REMOVED?
The cherry deodoriser in hot water extraction will deal with all pet odours. We use professional spotters specificity designed for the removal of urine.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
We offer an excellent value for money. The cost varies on the number of rooms/upholsteries you would like cleaned, whether there are any significant stains such as coffee, wine, makeup, pet urine etc. The more areas you have cleaned in one visit, the more cost effective the visit will be. In general, we offer £50 for first room or upholstery job, then £30 for any other following. Example: one- bedroom flat carpet cleaning is £80.
