Our comprehensive carpet cleaning process is designed to ensure that our customers gets the best results possible. For some other carpet cleaners standards our standards are considered as Premium Service. Below are basics steps of our cleaning.
STEP 1 – INSPECTION
Checking for damage and condition. Identify materials and carpet type to ensure the best cleaning techniques are used.
STEP 2: FURNITURE MOVING
Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces are left in place. All the furniture will be protected.
STEP 3 – VACUUM CLEANING
Carpet is being thoroughly vacuumed with industrial vacuum cleaner which removes solid dirt from the carpet with robust beating brushes that loosen and lift dirt to the top of the pile lifting the pile for better cleaning results.
STEP 4 – PRE-SPOTTING.
Any stains are treated with individual methods prior to the main treatment. Pre-spotting for easier removal of stubborn stains. Post cleaning spotting applied if necessary.
STEP 5 – PRE-SPRAY.
Depending on the carpet, pre-spray is applied to help dissolve stains and dirt.
STEP 6 – AGITATION.
Machine with counter rotating brushes helps to agitate the pile to ensure all deep down dirt is reached. This step releases and suspends soils and dirt ready for extraction cleaning.
STEP 7 – EXTRACTION CLEANING, RINSE, PH NEUTRALIZER.
Using a professional high-powered hot water extraction machine (“steam cleaning”) is used to rinse the carpet and immediately extract the dirt while cutting down the drying time. Neutralizer restores the natural Ph of the carpet.
STEP 8 – POST-SPOT TREATMENT.
Any remaining stains are further treated.
STEP 9 – POST GROOMING.
Resets carpet fibres back to its original state to speed the dry time and extend the life and beauty of your carpet.
STEP 10 – POST CLEANING INSPECTION.
